6 Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Required Skills and Abilities What You'll Do You'll gather the correct number of labels needed from the correct bins in the label room to fulfill orders of plants.
Basic math skills are required, adding and subtracting.
You'll use a rubber band to group together the appropriate quantity of labels needed per order.
You'll help keep the assembled label order organized by separating orders by customer.
You'll also assemble label stakes that are used with our perennial labels.
You'll manually apply pricing stickers to labels as needed.
Who You Are You are able to follow instructions and ask questions for better understanding.
You are open to feedback.
You enjoy working in a team environment and being supportive of co-workers.
You are able to work in inclement weather conditions, i.

hot, cold, and rainy.
You have the skills, ability, and knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a GED and/or High School Diploma.
