Summary:
As a GreenBean Delivery Driver, you act as the first point of contact for our cannabis consumers who order from our store located in Woodlake, CA.
This position entails driving for long periods of time, attention to detail, Cannabis knowledge, superb customer service, strict compliance with state regulations, and a spotless driving record.
Requirements:
Must have a spotless driving record and provide a 3-year driving record from the DMV.
Must possess a cellphone with GPS-functionality Cannabis Industry experience is preferred, but not required Ability to drive for up to (8-10) hours at a time, 28-40 hours a week, including weekends.
Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to customers Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals.
Must pay great attention to detail.
Valid CA Driver's License Required.
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Open availability for scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Being a driver for our Woodlake dispensary while providing timely and safe deliveries to customers throughout Tulare County.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or malfunctions Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving Knowledge of route driving and navigating using GPS systems Will be responsible for preparing and loading delivery orders into the vehicle throughout the day and efficiently delivering each order along the predetermined route.
Ability to pay close attention to detail while reviewing delivery manifests, online orders, customer information and other compliance paperwork.
Responsible for the compliant storage and transportation of all products placed into the vehicle assigned to them throughout their shift.
The ideal candidate should be passionate and well-spoken regarding Cannabis and the products we carry to effectively respond to customers questions during the delivery process.
Delivery will involve bringing the products to the customer's front door, checking their valid ID to confirm the recipient is correct, and processing the debit transaction on a terminal.
Ability to operate our POS software to record customer transactions.
Ability to communicate effectively with your fellow delivery drivers and dispatch team to provide updates on the status of assigned deliveries Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy items weighing up to 40 pounds Maintaining compliance throughout the delivery process by adhering to strict state and local cannabis regulations.
Must provide excellent customer service to our customers throughout the entire delivery process.
